Reiki is inherently spiritual but not tied to any religion, making it welcoming and adaptable for people on many spiritual paths:
It encourages a connection to higher consciousness, inner peace, and intuitive wisdom.
Practicing or receiving Reiki often deepens one’s sense of oneness, compassion, and mindfulness—values central to most spiritual traditions.
Many use Reiki as part of a broader spiritual self-care practice that includes meditation, intention setting, or energy work.
In essence, Reiki can be a universal spiritual practice—one that enhances, rather than competes with, personal beliefs. Whether calling the energy “God,” “Source,” “Love,” or simply “Life Force,” Reiki offers a gentle path for healing and spiritual growth.

Each Reiki experience is individual and subject to the practitioner and the recipient. As Reiki work is done on the soul level, it’s important to have an open mind. Remember, the practitioner isn’t healing anyone, rather they are assisting the recipient to heal themselves.
Many find they wish to have weekly, if not daily sessions, while others feel balanced after one session and return only as needed.
